Console

The Sonablate^® 500 Console is a mobile device that contains all of the electronic components required to perform ultrasound image guided HIFU cancer therapy of the prostate.

These components include the ultrasound imaging subsystem, the HIFU RF amplifier, transducer motion control electronics, safety circuits, and a computer running the Sonablate^® 500 treatment planning and execution software and graphical user interface.

The Console has been designed with easy-to-use, intuitive software interfaces which help the doctor localize, target, treat and monitor the prostate therapy in real time. 

Therapy images are automatically saved to the hard drive and can easily be transferred to the computer CD-RW drive for access.  Screen shots are also available for printout with the onboard digital thermal page printer.  The system is slim, space-saving and mobile for room-to-room or hospital to hospital use.
